Processing & Dispatch I run this shop by myself, so orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer — your patience is appreciated! You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Sometimes these end up in spam or junk folders, so keep an eye out.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Germany: 1–3 business days European Union: 5–10 business days

Tracking Where available, tracked shipping options will be offered at checkout. If you select tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number that updates throughout the journey. Untracked orders cannot be investigated until sufficient time has passed since dispatch.

Customs & Duties For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, import duties or customs charges may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me at mousoutoustudio@gmail.com with your order number and I will investigate it for you.

Important Please make sure your shipping address, email address are correct before placing your order. If you have entered an incorrect address, contact me immediately before your order is dispatched. I cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information.

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before ordering — I will do my best to accommodate your request.
