If you're more than 10 minutes late, your spot may be given to someone else.

No-shows can only be rebooked for a new spot upon repayment of the fee.

Workshop tickets are non-refundable. As this is a scheduled event, the right of withdrawal does not apply (§312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB). In the event of cancellation by Mousoutou Studio, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

Bei mehr als 10 Minuten Verspätung kann dein Platz an jemand anderen vergeben werden.

Bei Nichterscheinen kann ein neuer Platz nur gegen erneute Zahlung der Gebühr vergeben werden.

Tickets sind nicht erstattungsfähig. Da es sich um eine terminierte Veranstaltung handelt, gilt das Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB nicht. Bei Absage durch MouSouTou Studio erhältst du eine vollständige Rückerstattung oder ein alternatives Datum angeboten.
